Hi, I’m Crystal. 

At 50, I found myself in a season of life no one really prepares you for—menopause. The sleepless nights, the hot flashes, the emotional ups and downs… and the feeling that my body was changing faster than I could keep up.At the same time, I was building a new life—literally. I’m creating a homestead in Arkansas, learning to live more simply, more intentionally, and closer to the land.
